Shipping & customs
How much is shipping?
Shipping to the EU starts from €25 for a light parcel. Larger pieces cost more — we always tell you the exact price before you pay.
Will I pay customs or VAT?
Parcels come from Norway, which is not in the EU. Your country may charge import VAT, and the carrier may add a small handling fee on delivery. We declare every parcel correctly so it moves without delay.
How long does delivery take?
A ready piece is sent within 2-3 days after payment. Delivery time depends on the country; we send a tracking number.
Payment
How do I pay?
After we confirm the piece, shipping and the total, you pay by bank transfer (IBAN) against our invoice. Card payment and Vipps are coming soon.
Do I pay when I send a request?
No. A request is free and without obligation. You pay only after we agree on everything.
Care
How do I care for felted wool?
Air it often and wash rarely. When needed, hand wash in cool water with wool shampoo, do not wring, and dry flat.
Is merino wool itchy?
Fine merino is soft and most people wear it next to the skin. Pieces felted on silk are especially gentle.
Custom orders
Can you make a piece in my colours?
Yes. Most pieces can be made again in your colours and size. Send us the piece you liked and your wishes.
How long does a custom piece take?
Usually 2-3 weeks, depending on the piece. We confirm the time before you pay.
Do you gift wrap?
Every piece is wrapped in tissue paper. Tell us if it is a gift, and we add a card with your words.
For shops
Do you work with shops and galleries?
Yes: works on consignment or wholesale, and custom series to an agreed sample. Send us an enquiry from the “For shops” page.
