Every piece is wrapped in tissue and sent with tracking. Larger or heavier pieces cost more; we always tell you the exact price before you pay.
Payment
- You send an order request. Nothing is charged.
- We confirm the piece, shipping and the total by e-mail or WhatsApp.
- You pay by bank transfer (IBAN) against our invoice.
- We ship and send you the tracking number.
Card payment and Vipps are coming soon.
Made to order
Pieces marked Made to order are made after you order, usually in 2-3 weeks. The time is shown on each piece, and we confirm it with you before you pay.
Returns

How much is shipping?
Shipping to the EU starts from €25 for a light parcel. Larger pieces cost more — we always tell you the exact price before you pay.
Will I pay customs or VAT?
Parcels come from Norway, which is not in the EU. Your country may charge import VAT, and the carrier may add a small handling fee on delivery. We declare every parcel correctly so it moves without delay.
How long does delivery take?
A ready piece is sent within 2-3 days after payment. Delivery time depends on the country; we send a tracking number.
